A Bit About Me

​

I'd never wanted a traditional wedding myself—until I'd been to my friends' humanist wedding.

Like so many couples, I didn’t know there was an alternative to a cold, damp church or the bureaucratic indifference of a registry office.

 

For over a decade I've been creating and conducting heartfelt ceremonies as a Humanists UK-accredited celebrant. Now I would never choose any there kind! This is the way to have your own wedding, your own way.

When I’m not dreaming up wedding ideas, you’ll find me cooking, reading, walking my dog, or enjoying a glass of red wine (or two).

But most of all, I love the human connection that comes from being trusted with writing real life love stories and scripting a wedding ceremony; from meeting for the first time to that magical moment of the kiss.​
